After a car accident
In Ontario, treatment after a motor vehicle accident is covered through your own auto insurer under statutory accident benefits — regardless of who was at fault. We complete the OCF-1, OCF-18 and OCF-23 forms on your behalf and deal with the insurer directly.
Injured at work
We treat approved WSIB claims and bill the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board directly — just bring your claim number to your first visit.

Answers before you book.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. In Ontario, physiotherapists and chiropractors are primary care practitioners, so you can book directly with us. Some extended health plans still ask for a referral before they reimburse, so it is worth checking your specific policy.
Do you direct bill my insurance?
Yes — we direct bill Sun Life, Canada Life, Green Shield Canada, Blue Cross, Desjardins Insurance, iA Financial Group, Empire Life, Equitable Life, ClaimSecure, TELUS AdjudiCare and LiUNA union plans. We also handle WSIB claims and motor-vehicle-accident billing through your auto insurer. Bring your policy and member number to your first visit and we will confirm your coverage before treatment.
Is my treatment covered after a car accident?
In most cases, yes. Ontario's statutory accident benefits cover physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage therapy after a collision through your own auto insurer, regardless of fault. We complete the required OCF forms for you.
What happens at my first appointment?
Expect 45 to 60 minutes. Your practitioner takes a full history, assesses your movement and strength, explains what they find in plain language, and begins treatment the same day. You leave with a written plan.
