What this policy covers
This policy describes what information the iBODY website collects and how it is used. It covers this website only. Your health records at the clinic are handled separately under Ontario’s health privacy law (PHIPA) — no health records are collected through this website, and we ask you not to include medical details in any message you send here.
What we collect through this site
Contact form. If you send us a message, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, and the message you write. We use it for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. Submissions are processed and stored by Wix.com Ltd., which hosts this website, and a copy is emailed to our clinic inbox. Wix may store data on servers outside Canada.
Online booking. Booking happens on Fresha, a separate booking platform with its own privacy policy. Information you enter there is collected by Fresha, not by this website.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses cookies for basic site functionality and visitor analytics provided by Wix, which tell us things like how many people visited a page. You can manage cookie preferences through the cookie banner, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t use your contact form details for marketing lists. We don’t ask for health information, insurance numbers, or payment details through this website — anything like that is handled at the clinic, in person or by phone.
How long we keep messages
Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, after which they are deleted from our form inbox.
Your choices
You can always call us at 647.710.6927 instead of using the form. If you’ve sent a message and want it deleted, ask us and we’ll remove it.
