What we've done
The specifics, not a badge.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have not commissioned a formal third-party audit, so rather than claim a certification nobody has verified, here is exactly what has been built and checked.
Structure & keyboard
- Semantic headings, checked automatically for skipped levels
- A “skip to content” link as the first stop on every page
- Menus, search and choosers operable by keyboard, with visible focus
- Interactive graphics use real links with descriptive labels
Reading & vision
- Text and background colours measured against WCAG AA contrast ratios
- Every image carries alternative text, enforced by an automated check
- Layout reflows to zoom and small screens without horizontal scrolling
- Print styles produce clean black-on-white pages
Motion
Animations respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting. If you have it enabled, scroll effects and the progress indicator are switched off rather than simply slowed down.

Online booking
Booking is handled by Fresha, a third-party system. Its accessibility is not ours to change — if it gives you trouble, call us and we will book your appointment for you over the phone. That path is always available and never worse than booking online.
Embedded map
The location map is embedded from Google Maps. Our address and written directions are always available as plain text beside it, so nothing on those pages depends on the map being usable.
