How it works
Targeted, not generic.
Your therapist works from your goals and your history, not a fixed relaxation routine — and coordinates with your other practitioners if you are being treated for the same injury.
Often combined with
- Physiotherapy
- Chiropractic care
- Motor vehicle accident rehab
- WSIB rehab
Under one roof
Massage, physiotherapy and chiropractic care are all delivered from the same clinic, so your practitioners work from the same notes rather than separate ones.
Coverage
Direct billed to most extended health plans.
See exactly which insurers we bill and how coverage works on our insurance and direct billing page. Where direct billing is not available for your plan, we give you a receipt formatted for your insurer, so your own claim goes through without being bounced for a missing detail.
Common questions
Answers before you book.
Is registered massage therapy covered by insurance?
Most extended health plans reimburse registered massage therapy, and we direct bill the major providers so you are not paying up front. See our insurance and direct billing page for the full list of insurers we bill.
Do I need a referral for massage therapy?
No. You can book directly with our registered massage therapists. Some insurance plans ask for a doctor’s note before they reimburse, so it is worth checking your specific policy — that is a plan rule, not a clinic requirement.
What kind of massage do you offer?
Therapeutic massage targeted at your goals — pain relief, recovery after an injury, or ongoing muscular tension — delivered by a registered therapist rather than a spa-style relaxation service.
Can massage therapy be combined with physiotherapy or chiropractic care?
Yes. Many of our patients see more than one practitioner as part of the same recovery plan, and having your care under one roof means your practitioners can coordinate directly rather than working from separate notes.
Do you treat massage therapy after a car accident or workplace injury?
Yes. We complete the OCF forms for motor vehicle accident claims and bill WSIB directly for approved workplace injuries where massage therapy is part of the treatment plan.
