We run a full rehabilitation clinic in the same building — physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy and acupuncture, direct billed to most major insurers. Most medical spas do aesthetics only. It means the practitioner treating your posture and the one treating your skin are down the hall from each other.

For most aesthetic treatments, yes, and we would rather you had one. It lets us assess your skin, explain what will actually suit you, and patch test where the treatment calls for it — rather than you booking something off a list and hoping.

Yes. For laser hair removal in particular we use longer-wavelength Nd:YAG, which is the established choice for Fitzpatrick skin types IV to VI because it passes through the pigment in the upper skin rather than treating it as a target. We assess your skin type and patch test before a full session.

No. Cosmetic treatments are not covered by extended health plans or OHIP. The rehabilitation side of the clinic is a different matter — we direct bill Sun Life, Canada Life, Green Shield, Blue Cross and seven other insurers, plus WSIB and auto insurance.

We are at 726 Gordon Baker Road in North York, with free on-site parking, minutes from Highway 404 and the 401. We regularly see patients from North York, Scarborough, Markham and Thornhill.

Yes. We are open Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 2pm, and Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30am to 5pm. We are closed Tuesdays and Thursdays.
