How it works
An assessment first, not a fixed package.
Every plan begins with a full assessment of your movement, strength and history, explained in plain language before a single treatment starts.

After a collision or workplace injury
We complete the OCF forms for motor vehicle accidents and bill WSIB directly for approved workplace claims — you deal with your recovery, we deal with the paperwork.
Coverage
Direct billed to most extended health plans.
We submit the claim so you do not pay in full up front. See exactly which insurers we bill and how coverage works on our insurance and direct billing page.
Common questions
Answers before you book.
Do I need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist?
No. In Ontario, physiotherapists are primary care practitioners, so you can book directly with us. Some extended health plans still ask for a referral before they reimburse, which is a rule of your policy rather than of the clinic — worth checking before your first visit.
What happens at my first appointment?
Expect 45 to 60 minutes. Your physiotherapist takes a full history, assesses your movement and strength, explains what they find in plain language, and begins treatment the same day. You leave with a written plan and any home exercises you need.
What conditions do you treat?
Sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic back and neck pain, sprains and strains, and rehabilitation after a motor vehicle accident or workplace injury. If you are unsure whether physiotherapy is the right starting point, call us and we will tell you honestly.
Is physiotherapy covered by insurance?
Most extended health plans cover physiotherapy, and we direct bill the major providers so you are not paying up front and waiting on reimbursement. See our insurance and direct billing page for the full list and how it works.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the injury, not a fixed package. Your physiotherapist gives you a realistic estimate after the first assessment and adjusts it as you progress — we do not sell blocks of sessions you may not need.
