Who should I see?

Physio, chiro or massage? You don't have to know.

Most people don't know which practitioner they need — and that is fine. Here is who does what, honestly, and the short version: book an assessment and we will route you.

Who does what

Four professions, one roof.

These are regulated health professions with real differences — and real overlap. No profession on this list is "better"; they are different tools.

Physiotherapist

Assesses how you move and why it hurts, then treats with hands-on techniques and a progressive exercise plan. The backbone of most injury rehabilitation — and a primary care practitioner, so no referral is needed.

Chiropractor

Focuses on the spine and joints: assessment, adjustment and soft-tissue work, most often for back, neck and joint pain. Also a primary care practitioner in Ontario — you can book directly.

Registered massage therapist

Works on muscle and soft tissue — tension, strain and the tightness that builds around an injury or a desk job. RMT treatment is what most extended health plans cover under "massage".

Acupuncture provider

Fine needles at specific points, most often alongside physiotherapy or massage rather than instead of them — a complement within a plan, not a competing camp.

A shortcut

What brings you in?

Tap the one that fits and we will point you at the right starting page.

Start with an assessment, not a guess.

Back, neck, shoulder, knee — for most pain problems there is genuine overlap in who can help, and the honest starting point is an assessment that works out what is actually going on. Book once; we route you to the right practitioner from there.

Common questions

Answers before you book.

Can I see more than one kind of practitioner?

Yes, and it is common — a plan that combines physiotherapy with massage therapy, or chiropractic care with acupuncture, is often more effective than any one alone. Because everything is under one roof, your practitioners actually talk to each other.

Will you tell me if I do not need treatment?

Yes. If the assessment says you need two visits and a home program, that is what we recommend. And if what you need is not something we offer, we say so and point you to who does. A clinic you can trust on the small answers is one you can trust on the big ones.
