How it works

Adjustment, soft tissue work and a plan you can follow.

Common questions

Answers before you book.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?

No. Chiropractors in Ontario are primary care practitioners, so you can book directly with us — no referral required. Some extended health plans still ask for one before they reimburse, which is a rule of your policy rather than of the clinic.

What does a chiropractic adjustment actually do?

Your chiropractor combines hands-on adjustment, soft tissue work and movement retraining to restore joint mobility and reduce pain, then gives you a home programme so the improvement holds between visits.

Is chiropractic care covered by insurance?

Most extended health plans cover chiropractic care, and we direct bill the major providers so you are not paying up front. See our insurance and direct billing page for the full list of insurers we bill.

Do you treat chiropractic care after a car accident or workplace injury?

Yes. We complete the OCF forms for motor vehicle accident claims and bill WSIB directly for approved workplace injuries, alongside your chiropractic treatment plan.

What should I expect at my first visit?

A full history and physical assessment of your spine and joints, an explanation of what is found in plain language, and treatment beginning the same day where appropriate. You leave with a clear plan, not a sales pitch for a long-term package.
